All orders are packed and dispatched by authorised logistics partners following standard handling and safety procedures. Delivery outside Australia is not supported at this time.

Processing Cut-off Time:

• Orders placed before 3:00 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same business day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 pm (AEST) will begin processing on the next business day.

• If a public holiday occurs, processing will commence on the following business day.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time within Australia is 4–8 business days.
